AVOIRIMANI Extensions – No Refund Policy
At AVOIRIMANI, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our items and for sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect length, texture, or color selected
• Delayed delivery by the carrier
• Improper installation or maintenance
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (length, texture, color, shipping address, etc.) are correct before completing their purchase. AVOIRIMANI is not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing avoirimani@gmail.com. with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement is appropriate. Refunds will not be issued.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Any chargebacks or fraudulent claims will be investigated and disputed with evidence, including delivery confirmation and customer order details.
